VIRTUOSO export guide
1. tape recorder
After using the Tape Recorder in Virtuoso to record your performance, you can export the recording. A preview file that you can listen to in the Files app on your Quest will be generated; unfortunately this files cannot be shared from the Files app at this time.
2. oculus browser
Instead, to share or upload your recording directly from the Quest, we recommend using the Oculus Browser.
3. email attachment
Whenever you select a file to share or upload from the Browser, for example in SoundCloud or as an email attachment, you can now select your recording from inside the “Downloads” folder.
4. choose file
There will be two files there representing your recording: the preview file (.mp4 format) and the audio file (.wav format). Select the .wav file for the upload or share!
5. or connect your headset to your pc
As alternative, you can connect the Quest to your PC by using the standard USB cable. Once the Quest is read by your PC and you can access the headset files, you will find the saved songs in the folder: Android\data\com.ReallyInteractive.Virtuoso\files
