VIRTUOSO export guide
1. tape recorder
After using the Tape Recorder in Virtuoso to record your performance, you can export the recording. The file will be saved to the Downloads folder on your Quest, or to your Desktop on PC. You can also export the entire project from the Song Library.
2. oculus browser
From Quest, you can transfer Tape Recorder exports by using the Meta Browser. For whole project exports, you’ll need to connect your Quest to a PC using a USB cable.
3. email attachment
For Tape Recorder exports, select the .wav file to share or upload from the Browser, for example in SoundCloud or as an email attachment.
4. or connect your headset to your pc
For full song exports, or as an alternative, you can connect the Quest to your PC by using the standard USB cable. Once the Quest is connected to your PC and you have approved file transfers in the pop-up window inside the Quest, you can access the headset files. You will find the exported songs in the “Download” folder in the root of the Quest file system.
